3D Arch

Flat panels are easy; this one has depth. We took the client’s flat arch and built it out eight inches deep — framed, skinned, and faired into a dimensional, free-standing structure with real shadow and presence. Same silhouette, now architectural.

Volume means every joint shows, so every joint has to be right — and this one wears natural birch, no paint to hide behind. The CNC-cut ogee profiles get squared to the frame and hand-finished, then the whole arch is engineered to come apart for transport.
