Grand Diva Matrix Arch

The timeline was terrifying; the arches were on time. This one got a yes before we’d done the math — three CNC star-matrix arches, each ten by twelve, cut and finished and standing at the wedding against a planner’s deadline.

Every point of every star runs on the router, and every edge gets hand-checked before the satin spray coat. Underneath the pattern it’s pure engineering: each arch splits into two halves that join at the top, fold-out legs built into the frame, hardwood-reinforced edges so nothing snaps or wobbles.
