AK Desserts Cart

A beast of a cart — five feet long, nine with both shelves out. A dessert vendor’s entire storefront, folded onto a frame that rolls away clean at the end of the night.

Everything on it earns its place: a built-in exhaust fan for the actual baking, neon hood lights and shelf lighting to make the display glow, and a backlit acrylic logo mounted to be wiped down and worked. Finished in clean white, so the desserts — and the brand — are the loudest thing on it.

Built for AK Desserts and built for service: rolled out, loaded up, wiped down, repeat. A cart is a storefront on wheels; this one looks the part and survives the job.
