Mobile & Branded Carts

A storefront that rolls

Two kinds of people order a cart: a couple who wants the favours handed out from something better than a folding table, and a business whose whole storefront has to fit in a van and be open by ten. We build both, and they are not the same build. Typical lead time 4–8 weeks — carts take the longest of anything we make.

The Fit-Out

What actually goes on a cart

Your brand, not a decal

Logo, colours, and lettering built into the piece — painted, routed, or vinyl-applied — so it reads as your fixture rather than a rental someone stickered.

A counter you can work on

Surfaces chosen for the job: laminate that wipes down for dessert service, marble-look Formica when it needs to photograph well, sealed ply when it just needs to take abuse.

Light, storage, and shelves

LED under the canopy, shelving that extends for service and folds back for transport, closed storage underneath so the ugly boxes stay out of the photos.

The Hard Part

It has to come apart

Anyone can build a handsome box on wheels. The engineering is in getting it back out of the building. Our carts are designed around the tightest gap in your route — the service lift, the van door, the storage shelf it lives on between gigs — and then built so that taking them apart is a two-minute job, not a demolition.

It is also the cheapest kind of future-proofing. A base that separates cleanly can be re-skinned for a new brand, or fitted with a different top for a different gig, instead of being rebuilt from nothing.

Good Questions

What people ask before ordering one

Will it fit through a standard door?
That is the constraint we design around first. Most of our carts break down — the Bobawala cart separates into sections, and the AK Desserts cart runs five feet closed and nine with the shelves extended. Tell us the tightest doorway, lift, or vehicle it has to pass through and the build gets engineered to that number.
Can you match our exact brand colours and logo?
Yes, and it is the usual reason people come to us instead of renting. Send your brand files and we will colour-match paint to them and reproduce the logo routed, painted, or in cut vinyl depending on the surface. If you do not have files, a photo of your packaging is usually enough to work from.
Is this built for one event or for daily use?
Both exist, and they are not the same build. An event cart needs to look right for a night. A vendor cart gets loaded, rolled over pavement, wiped down, and repacked every weekend, so it gets heavier hardware, tougher surfaces, and joints that survive being taken apart repeatedly. Say which one you are, because it changes the price and the lead time.

Commissioned, Not Catalog

Tell us what it has to carry

Send your brand colours, the space it works in, and the narrowest door it has to clear. We'll come back with a build and a number.
